Russia's SUP buys LiveJournal

Russian online media company SUP acquired blogging and community site LiveJournal from Six Apart on Monday, giving the company ownership of Russia's most popular blogging site. SUP and Six Apart first partnered in October 2006 to launch the Russian version of LiveJournal, which accounts for 28 percent of LiveJournal's audience.
